Really great and I am so glad I bought it. We are having a lot of fun mulling over the various parts of it, as communication really builds our relationship, so it is an excellent way to stimulate discussion.
For us a contract also reminds us of our responsibilities, and it is a way for me to re-commit to my submission. This contract does that so well, and while we have tailored parts of it, the use of language really helps to make this something we believe in. It is a statement of intent.
The contract loses a star because we have had to add our own section on rewards, which for us are an important part of the whole.

In relation to the rewards, there is a section (section 6(h)) of the Contract which states that Master may reward slave and it provides examples of rewards.
However, I think I know what you mean, as in adding a schedule at the end specifically for rewards with check boxes (just like the punishments schedule).
