The Nongendered BDSM Contract is an alternative option if you or your partner do not identify as a male or female.
We try to be as inclusive as possible so the template has been made flexible and generic enough to enable you to adapt it to your own use, whether you identify as non-binary, gender-neutral, bigender, agender, genderless, transgender, genderfluid, pangender, genderqueer, gender-questioning, gender-nonconforming, trigender, gender-variant, intergender or you are into gender bender/genderfucking.
What are the pronouns used in the Nongendered BDSM Contract?
There are three options available, depending on how you wish to identify (i.e. the titles you wish to use). All of them use gender-neutral pronouns as follows:
- Dominant/submissive Contract – the terms used for the Dominant are a choice of “He/She/They”. For the submissive, it is “they”.
- Master/slave Contract – Master is referred to as “They” and for slave it’s “they”.
- Mistress/slave Contract – the pronouns used for Mistress is “She/They” and for slave it’s “they”.
However, you may change the pronouns to anything you like.
We understand there are more options when you don’t wish to identify with a gender and we don’t want you to be limited to the more “common” ones if you don’t wish to.

How does the Nongendered BDSM Contract deal with genitalia?
The Contract does refer to genitalia in some clauses and schedules, however, it does not distinguish between “natural” and “neo” genitalia; nor does it include AFAB/AMAB variations for descriptions of the slave’s body. It is up to you to make these interpretations in the Contract. If this is important for you to make clear, perhaps you may wish to add a clause stating “any reference to the submissive’s genitalia means their neo-vagina/penis”, for example.
