Copyright & License to Use

All Contracts are copyright protected. All rights reserved. No portion of any Contract may be reproduced, published or transmitted in any form or by any means – electronic, mechanical, photocopy, recording, scanning, or other, outside the terms of your License to Use without the prior written permission of the publisher.

Your License to Use

Your purchase gives you the non-exclusive right to:

  1. Use and edit the Contract for the purpose of creating a personal, private contract between you and your partner(s);
  2. Provided you send the included copyright notice with the Contract, privately transmit the Contract via electronic means to your partner(s) for the purpose of creating a personal, private Contract between each other;
  3. Use the Contract for the purpose outlined in paragraph 1 above multiple times, whether with the same person or with multiple partners; and
  4. Print and keep a hard copy and digital copy of the original and amended Contract solely for your own personal and private use.
