I have reached my download limit, what do I do?

For security reasons, each document may only be downloaded  3 times and this must be done within 48 hours of placing your order.

If you exceed your download limit, please reply to the order confirmation email (or contact me on lily[at]bedint[dot]com from the email address you placed the order with) and I will send you the documents. I undersand this happens sometimes and I certainly don’t expect you to pay and never receive your product.

Please allow me up to 24 hours to respond.

PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY. Due to the nature of our product, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS AFTER PURCHASE. We cannot cancel or change orders once they are placed. If we make a shipping or order processing error, we will correct it at no expense to you. However, we will not provide any refunds.

By ordering you agree to these terms and conditions without reservation, and agree that you will receive no return, refund, cancellation, exchange, or credit for any reason whatsoever.

We reserve the right to waive this return policy at our discretion.

Defects
If you receive a defective copy of any of our books, please bring it to our attention and we will always thoroughly investigate and create a replacement. Please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving a book with any printing or other defects. We would initially ask for photographs and if needed would ask you to send the book back to help the investigations. You would be required to send in proof of postage with anything we ask you to send back and this would be reimbursed to you.
